This form has been prepared to collect registration information from visitors attending the event, identify participant profiles, and ensure the effective coordination of organizational processes.
Important Notice: This form is intended exclusively for individuals attending the event as visitors and is not a project application form. Individuals wishing to participate in the event by presenting a project must submit their project applications separately through the designated application channels.
